Hi, I'm Andre.
I was born and raised in Barbados, where my mum taught me everything I know about creating authentic Caribbean cuisine.
Her passion for traditional cooking inspired my love for bold flavours, fresh ingredients and the rich culinary heritage of the Caribbean.
Today I am proud to share those authentic recipes with you through every dish I create.

Came trough last minute and smash our event!​
Booked 1 day before the event and he absolutely smashed it. Food was great and all the customers were happy. Would recommend and definitely will be booking again!

Caribbean food as it should be
I cannot thank Andre enough for giving our guests such an authentic taste of Caribbean food which tasted amazing and created such a cool vibe to our Civil partnership party. A lot of our guests were of Caribbean heritage and we're so impressed with the taste, quality and portion size.
I cannot recommend him and his vintage caravan enough. For our event, we couldn't have made a better choice.
